I am Veronica Bandiera, and I am 19 years old. Since kindergarten, I have attended Slovenian language schools, ultimately graduating from the scientific high school with a linguistic focus, “F. Prešeren,” in Trieste. Currently, I am enrolled in the first year of Economics and Business Management at the University of Trieste. From the first grade, I have been singing in various choir formations, most recently in the youth choir “Igo Gruden,” directed by Maestro Mirko Ferlan. I have participated in various choir competitions in Italy, Slovenia, and abroad. I also play the piano at an amateur level under the guidance of Professor Paolo Tagliolato. In the cultural and artistic field, I have collaborated with the Youth Circle of Duino-DMK in organizing events, concerts, exhibitions, and puppet performances. Additionally, I have completed the “Apprendista Cicerone” projects in collaboration with FAI (Italian Environment Fund) at the San Giovanni Park and “ParlAMIramare – European Day of Languages” at Miramare Castle Park. In the realm of sports, I have practiced Kung-fu with Master Sirio Oretti for 12 years, participating in regional-level competitions. Last spring-summer, I worked at the ticket office of Duino Castle, where I will also be employed starting from next April.
